AM- I ran with the team and the level 3's did 6 mile repeats and the dirt mile and I needed to get under 7 min. And it wasn't to bad, also my mileage was 10 miles. PM- We got up to cross country camp, we set up than the level 3's went 5 miles and it was hard for me, because my right hip started to hurt, I was able to finish with the team, but it was hard
