PM- I ran around 5 miles with 30 30's. The watch I got from coach it froze so I had to use a regular watch and I estimated time wise how far I went. I didn't know how far I needed to go so I just ran a faster pace for 30 seconds and 30 seconds recovery and I did 40. My legs started to hurt a little. AM- I ran 3 miles this morning and I guessed how far I went because the watch froze.
