I have ran three marathons. SGM in 2005, Ogden in 2006, and SGM 2006. My best time in a marathon is Ut. Valley Marathon 3:59:46. I have ran seven half marathons, some 10k's and 5k"s. My favorite marathon is SGM.I have ran 13 Marathons, will be during my first Ultra in march of 2013, it will be the Antalope Island Buffalo Run, a 50k.
2008 SGM PR 4:02:23 The best is yet to come. Short-Term Running Goals: Short term running goal is to increase my four days a week of running to five to six days a week. Do more speed work this coming year. Bring my times down. I would like to do SGM in 4 hrs or less. Long-Term Running Goals: Keep up with my Brother Clay in a marathon, someday do a sub four hour marathon, and BQ. Personal: I have been married for 34Years, and am still madly in love with my wife Wendy. I have four children and six Grand children.

| First run of the new year, nice temps this morn. I ran past minin gu corner and back today. Lots of runners out having a good time this morn. My legs were whck on sat run and not much better today. Not sure what is going on getting old I quess. I will do some crunches and then roll the legs. |

| Another nice day of great running weather with temps in the mid 50's. I ran around the river bottomsand the legs were feeling good today for a change. So I pushed the pace a little bit and was able to have good rythum throughout the run. I also put 25min in on the bowflex, upper body and finished with some crunches. |

| This weahter is somthing esle, again in the middle 50's which is perfect running weather. I'm loving this and soaking it up. I did a full golf course loop today was nice and I am finally starting to feel good again. So far been a great week of training. I finished todays workout with 25 min on the bowflex, upper body work and some crunches. I will take tomorrow off and hopefully get in a long run on sat. |

| I had to go into work for a while this mrn, and then there was a baptism that I wanted to attend. Needless to say I only had time for a short run today, I was really wanting to do at least 15. So I don't know how ready I am going to be for the St. George Half in a few weeks. Oh well just go and do my best. |

| Today I did the extened golf course loop, a dry cold front came through last night and droped the temps about ten degrees today. Mid 30's for a high, I was still able to run in shorts though. |

| Nice run around the golf course loop today. I hooked onto the river trail at the park. It had a couple of inches of fresh powder snow on the trail. it was a cool run an very enjoyable. |

Nice race for me not my best half time or my worst, another tweener. I did feel surprisenly good throught the whole run today. I was in better shape than I thought. The first seven were all uphill, I think I ran a bit to conservative should have pushed a little harder. My mile splits are as follows.
