This weahter is somthing esle, again in the middle 50's which is perfect running weather. I'm loving this and soaking it up. I did a full golf course loop today was nice and I am finally starting to feel good again. So far been a great week of training. I finished todays workout with 25 min on the bowflex, upper body work and some crunches. I will take tomorrow off and hopefully get in a long run on sat. |
