Very slow run today, I thought the roads would be cleared of the snow we recived last night. They were still very snowy and slick, should of did my Nordic track. I did see about 10 deer in the river bottoms, and then on the way back, coming across the wind brake road the sun come out for about 5 min. it was cool the way it was shining acroos the fresh snow. Would of made a real cool running picture. My time today was 54:33. I did run in my new shoes. Big mistake on the snowy roads. |
