I have ran three marathons. SGM in 2005, Ogden in 2006, and SGM 2006. My best time in a marathon is Ut. Valley Marathon 3:59:46. I have ran seven half marathons, some 10k's and 5k"s. My favorite marathon is SGM.I have ran 13 Marathons, will be during my first Ultra in march of 2013, it will be the Antalope Island Buffalo Run, a 50k.
2008 SGM PR 4:02:23 The best is yet to come. Short-Term Running Goals: Short term running goal is to increase my four days a week of running to five to six days a week. Do more speed work this coming year. Bring my times down. I would like to do SGM in 4 hrs or less. Long-Term Running Goals: Keep up with my Brother Clay in a marathon, someday do a sub four hour marathon, and BQ. Personal: I have been married for 34Years, and am still madly in love with my wife Wendy. I have four children and six Grand children.

I did not get a run in yesterday as i just did have any mojo for some reason. I got already to go, even went outside to get going and I just was whacked for some reason.
Today I was able to get out of work at 11 am, feeling better today and did a golf course loop. Nice temps, ran in shorts and short sleeves. It was a beautiful run for almost the middle of Feb.
Dont know if I will get a long run in tomorrow as I have a World Wide Leadership training at 9 am. If I don't go in the morn on sat. my run usually dos'nt happen. We will see. |

| I was able to get out on my run after the mroning meeting. I t was a brutal run none the less, the wind was blowing hard. Some places it was all I could do to move forward . I t just zapped my energy quickly today. Hence only made it a short 10 miler. |

| Today I did a the golf course loop legs were feeling good today which help make for a very enjoyable run. My goal for this week is to just have fun and run with what my body gives me. I really do enjoy this sport. |

I did the bishop storehouse route today, have not done that one for a while. It was kind of fun for a change. The old legs were feeling whack the first half but was able to get into a nice rythum for the second half of my run. I did 25 min on the bowflex, upper body and finhised with some crunches. |

| Nice run this morning around the golf course, I have not run for a bout three days so I went easy. My legs did'nt feel al that great today, not sure why. New snow from yesterday made for a pretty run. Although I am ready for spring. |

| It was a hurricane for todays long run, I had intensions of doing a 15 miler today. But the wind just took it out of me early, the legs went whack fast today. Before I headed out this morn I checked the weather bug and it had winds out of the SW at a steady 20 mile hr plus. Hopefully we will get a good sat for a good old fashion long run. Been a good week of training. |

| I did the same run as monday, golf course loop and the along the river trail. Feeling good did not run yesterday as I had and Young Mens temple outing rught after work. I was able to do some time on the bowfles with some upper body work today. Finished off with some crunches. |
