| | AM-1 hour on the arc trainer. I kept my heart rate above 160 for a 30 minute "tempo" period, and the cool down it was pretty close to above that too. I felt exhausted after. Usually on a good day of cross training, my heart rate peaks in the 150s or 160s, so to average over 160 was a great day for me.
PM-10.4 miles outside. I felt exhausted, probably because of all the days I've been running or the arc trainer workout.

PM-8x1000m at intramural field. Coach told me to not push the pace and stay with the guys upfront. It was tough, but it was a great workout for me. I stayed next to Garnica, Aidan, and Michael for the workout. It was measured with watches, and the first couple were long, but we started at 3:07 and ended at 2:53. 3.3 warm up, 2.2 cool down.

| | AM-15 miles with Hayden Hawks. I saw him on my run yesterday, decided to catch up to see who was running so fast, and ran with him for a few miles yesterday, so we decided to run together again today. Most of the run was spent asking him about life as a professional, his experiences, and cross country.

| | AM-18 mile long run with Spencer Nelson. He got after me for being hypocritical with sleep the last few days, which was much needed. I'll be back to the 9:30-6:30 schedule I tell everyone to do.
