Long Run with Mike -

Solid 29 mile run with Mike.  Took him on a Bear 100 Course recon (he is running it this year).  We went from Right Hand Fork up Ricks Canyon down to Cowley Canyon aid then up to Richards Hollow and followed that awesmome trail of awesomeness to the trailhead.  Turn around and go back.  Other than the nasy climb from Cowley to Ricks it went really well.  Energy was low but felt decent otherwise.

Had a great week overall.  Good final big week before Scout Mountain 100K.  First time I have broken 90 miles in a week (other than during the Bear100 last year) in a few years.

29 mile long run, 90 mile week... looking good.

If Mike is doing Bear, I'm assuming you aren't (seeing as you're doing Wasatch)? Are you pacing Bear?

Yep, ready to roll. Best training block I have had in a long time. Gotta stay healthy.

Hoping to pace at the Bear. Not sure who will be stuck with me at this point. Joe gets first dibs. If he does it.
