It was a great time had by all (just me). Pace was borderline anaerobic. I bet I accidentally even had a few steps that were anaerobic.

A few steps of actual oxygen debt? Just imagine! Yet you logged it all as slow miles. I would round up.

joe and I are running 12 miles (on trails of course) or so sat. you are welcome to join. Meet at 7am at first dam ("lake" at the mouth of logan canyon) and we can drive to the trailhead together. Hope you can join us.

Hey Cody. My wife went in to work tonight and won't be home until 8 tomorrow morning. So I have to cancel.
