Did my 3.5 mile morning run. Then a 12 mile run in the afternoon. This was a lot of miles for one day for me so I took it slow. Plus I went out at about 4:45 pm so it was still close to 90 outside. I pulled an old runners trick and cut into the golf course to grab a drink of water. It tasted so good the first time that I found anouther one about a mile later. I'm down to 155.5 the lowest I've been since runing at UVSC in 2001. I really don't want to lose much more. In fact I need to start lifting a little to build my upper body. Trying to find the time or energy to lift has been an issue. |
