I want to do a little cross training and see how my body works with that. So I ran 6 miles from my house to my in-laws house. Then road a bike a longer 9 miles back to my house. Pretty good workout. Body feels like its getting stronger. I have pain in the back of my knee or the top of my calf. I can't figure out which one it is. If I could get rid of that pain I'd feel great. |
