I just could not get up this morning so I had to pay the price and run it all at once this afternoon after working all day. By the end of the run I was feeling pretty trashed and dehydrated. I'll try and take a couple days of easy stuff to recover from the last two days.

you said the new balance were only good for about 7 miles. I thought they were cushoned shoes and gave a lot of support. I am thinking about getting some!

You guys need to go back and read my review of the NB 755 before you go out buying them. They are only an okay shoe at best.
