I ran 4 miles on the grass and then 2.5 miles on a treadmill with a slight incline. My knee doesn't hurt when I'm on soft surfaces. I cooled down on the bike.

We went into Ogden to run on the old landfill where Buhrley made up this course. I approached it more as a tempo because of the way my knee has been bothering me. I mostly just sat behind Carson. Over the last mile I pushed a little and raced. It was very hilly though so the times didn't even mean anything. I ran about three miles after.

Coach Brown had us run the mile to "test us." I put on a show for the wrastlers and ran 4:53, flaps singlet and all. Then I ran 6 miles averaging 6:45 with the Robber.
