| | It was cold and windy, we were doing some time trials. Tom and I ran 2xmiles with a ten minute break in between. I ran 5:02 both times. We warmed up and cooled down obviously.

| | We warmed up and then did 2x10x30sec with 30 seconds recovery and 5 minutes ten minutes between sets. I ran 1785 meters and then 1830 meters. We did a 20 minute run afterwards which was really slow.

| | It was a podunk meet, and we didn't even have uniforms yet, but I ran the 800 and Landon was helping me run fast, and it worked because I ran a PR of 2:06

| | I sat around all day at the UVU meet waiting for the 3200 at the end. They were running the meet very slowly. Tom and I didn't get to race until around 7 and that was after warming up for a really long time. 300 meters in some one stepped on my foot and gave me a flat tire. I tried to keep running as well as I could but my spike fell off 800 meters in. At that point I wasn't going to get back in the race, and was very upset. I still cooled down with Tom.
