Warmed up a mile. Ran three 1000's right on race pace with about 200 meters of walking/jogging recovery. Then we ran four 500's at five seconds faster than race pace with 70 meter walk recovery. I did two miles worth of cooling down.
I warmed up a mile. It was the open region meet at fremont, and we weren't full out racing. We ran as a pack over the first mile and then took off from there. It was fun to chase people down. I did a two mile cooldown after. I have started to feel pretty under the weather today..

Today was rough. I'm still feeling under the weather. We jogged part of the course. I warmed up. I barely made it to the start on time.. I was just trying to hang on most of the race. I think I was 5th on our team at one point. I was able to dig deep in the last mile, partially because Clearfield was gunning for me again. I passed Ryan Searle on the finish which was good.. I just wanted to fall over after the race I was completely dead. I was third from our team. Rob commended me because he didn't even think I was going to race. I cooled down two miles.
