Had a team workout this morning. Warmed up and then did a 4 mile tempo averaging 6:06. Then I ran 4 500's on the small road at about race pace with a 500 recovery. Then I cooled down.
I did 4 miles in the evening. 6:30 average
Easy three miles averaging 6:48 and then 50 minutes of biking.
6 in the morning 4 in the evening. 6:41's all day
Full loop on Fernwood. Feeling pretty good and going decently fast considering I'm not trying to run fast.
