We had a team workout in the morning. .5 mile warmup. My workout was a six mile tempo around 6:15 pace. I was doing fine going out, but coming back was against the wind and I had to stop once. I only tempoed for five miles. I ran the last mile back and then did another .5 mile cooldown

4 miles in the evening. Was supposed to be easy but averaged 6:33

Ran pretty early before we left for Camp Helaman. It felt nice being so cool outside. 6:46 average.

Woke up really early to fit in runs while at Camp Helaman. I left when it was still dark. We're at about 9450 feet so that slowed me down quite a bit. 7:25 average.

I didn't want to wake up really early and do a long run at altitude. So I figured I would do one in the evening. I was obviously tired though, so I asked Zach if he would bike with me. I met him at Jeff''s house. If it wasn't for him I don't think I would have gotten twelve miles in. I had an allergy attack about seven miles in and then really struggled over the last two miles.
