55:30. Felt very good. No workout because my hip flexors are still very sore and going fast isn't the best.
I actually skipped dance class today because Thanksgiving break got me out of dancing shape; if I went today I could get injured. Also my toe is a bit sprained, but running is fine.
I am excited to do less dancing, but I know a lot of people will be disappointed in this decision. Been doing it for a little over 12 years and I am getting tired of little constant injuries. I love Irish dance, but I am addicted to running.
