Then a little later did a 3x1000 track workout. 3:44.6, 3:46.4, 3:54. It was going well for the first 2 but the last one I had to cough a lot. My lungs have had a lot of mucus for some reason lately, and it usually doesn't affect my running too much, but it really did today. I also feel like my breathing seems a little more panicked than it should. I wonder if it is an allergy, or air, or diet problem or something.

| 3.5 in 26:54. Then 2.5 later before dance in 18:19. I feel like easy pace has been harder lately, but today felt very good, fastest easy pace in a while. It's easier to go faster when your legs will freeze if you stay out any longer.

| 3x1000 at the Orem track with Sasha and Joseph pacing.
3:42, 3:46, and 3:49. Didn't cough nearly as much, sore legs from dance so it was more painful though. I am very grateful that I didn't have to do the workout alone, thankful for good people in my life.
Rest of the miles were around 7:30 I believe.

| I talked to a lot of friends today. Video chatted a new dear friend from Russia for 2 hours, in Russian! Got to teach her some English also and tell her more about my religion. I hope one day she would like to join the church, but it might take a while.
I am just so overjoyed for the gospel in my life!! I am so thankful for the love I am able to feel for others. I was never able to feel so much love for others before, because I didn't apply the gospel to my life. I am so thankful that I can change and become better through Christ!

| 46:53. Last quarter was 1:22, it felt unusually easier than normal. Usually this speed takes a lot of effort.
Today I tried to study for a few hours but was unable to think straight. Thought I was tired but I really just needed to run. Also just feeling inadequate and stressed, but like always, running got rid of all those feelings. It is just so incredibly how much good a little run can do!

| 3x1000 at the track. 3:46, 3:49, 3:41. The first 2 I just paced awfully. Maybe the wind contributed, it was around 9 mph. Did better than Saturday without pacing so that is good!

| 3 in 23:54, later did 2 in 15:45, then 1 after dance in 8:19. Not enough time to run.
At dance I was unusually very flexible today, just thought it was weird. At night it was so peaceful running in the calm snow.
I don't understand why I feel like I never have enough time. The one thing I stress most about is feeling like I'm never doing enough. I think I need to manage my time better. I only work a part time job, but somehow I can never get enough school done in the day. I am going to plan my days out better, I'll see if that helps me be less stressed.

Easy pace feels easier. I ran way to close to dance class so I was tired.
I managed my time better but still am not getting all of the things done, need to stop procrastinating for my run also.

| 5k race, 21:33. I still am having problems with too much mucus and coughing, I think it is the cold weather, because it started when it got cold. Maybe I just need to ignore it better and focus on running.
I was too worried about breathing I didn't even feel as tired as a 3k, need to push more.

| 3 in 24:45. Then a couple hours later did 1 in 7:40. And 2 more a little later in 15:56. I procrastinated, really no reason. I just feel like there is never enough time so I push running to the side. But if I run first it will help me be more productive, so I need to stop doing that.

| 3x1000 right after seminary. 3:42, 3:45, 3:41! It was 22 degrees and freezing! I just wanted to go home, also did not have enough sleep. I thought it was going to be the worst but ended up being the best! Praying also helps me to run faster.

Dance class tonight was also very good! My teacher says I am a beast with the perfect amount of energy. I think running helps me dance, but it drains me. I have regionals for dance this weekend.

I was slow because I got no sleep. My big toe is a bit sprained from dance and I had no mobility in it. I limped a bit for the first 2 but once I got warmed up it was no problem.

| I am in San Francisco for Irish dance regionals!
45:10 on the treadmill. Don't know exactly, but the last half mile was around 2:50. My toe is still not very mobile but better, didn't have any problems. I can still dance but it takes me 30 minutes to warm it up.

| At Irish dance Regionals, today was teams. Our team didn't place. I danced a bit and ran around the huge building a lot, didn't actually do a run though. My toe is still very stiff.

| 45:11. Last half mile was 2:58. From being gone and regionals all weekend, my training wasn't as good. But it gave me a lot of energy today! I also feel like my easy pace is getting faster. I had less desire to run today but I realize I only feel like that when I get out of the habit. Consistency is key.

| Thanksgiving turkey race! 4 miles in 26:04. Got 2nd and earned a pie. I know I could have kicked way sooner.
My stamina has improved even though I didn't train the best this last week. William stayed with me for 3 miles, I think it helped.
Don't know exactly how much I ran for the easy miles, but did around 2 miles with 8 min pace

| Warm-up in around 8:10. 2 mile PR down the canyon in 11:39! First mile was 5:45, which is also a PR! I just think it is cool how 6 months ago I could only run one mile in 5:49.
Ran 3 more easy miles.
I really think not having dance class this week made me stronger, able to recover faster and focus all my energy on just running.
Did 2 more with Maddy! 9:57 down, and 10:10 back up. We talked the whole way, she is the best!

| 4.5 in 35:50, then 20 min later did 1.5 in 11:36. I am sore from dance class and am not happy about it. I wanted to do a workout, but needed to rest.
I am honestly am just done with dancing, I just want to run but still have to finish classes this year.
