| I haven't blogged in a while but I have been pretty consistent running 1 to 4 miles every day this year. Today I did 3 in 24:02. I woke up too early and basically was falling asleep on my run today though.

| Didn't run. I am in Boston! And I got 2 hours of sleep on the plane. I thought since the most legendary marathon is in Boston that it would be a nice place to train. But no, it is not. There is no space and lots of cigarette smoke. I know I have a million lame excuses, but it is also very hard to run when you aren't in charge. I guess I didn't want to put up a fight with my Dad and brother and demand they let me run. (The won't let me out of their sight that's why)

| 47:43. This is at the Gym on a treadmill. I HATE running on the treadmill. It is my second time I think. I was surprised how sweaty I was because I am used to the wind cooling me off.

| 46:08 outside. Last half was 3:04. I am sooo happy to run outside again!! I am now in North Carolina, it is pretty easy to run here cause it's flat and sea level. My left knee hurts a little after a few miles but I think I just need to get stronger so it doesn't get tired.

| 15:31. I really needed to run more like 5 miles but I had to eat and then it got dark. Still not allowed to run in the dark. I feel like I either don't train enough or train too much, still trying to find balance in running.

| Yet again another lame excuse I didn't run. But today I got back from my trip finally! So happy because now I have my own free schedule to run!

| 28:08. I feel very guilty for running less than I should have because I chose to eat right before I ran so it was very hard. But the run was hard mostly because I was exhausted and had joint pain from not enough sleep.
