| 23:26. Every time I'm about to increase my mileage something always gets in the way. I recovered from the cold but got a bit out of shape from not running all week.

| 7:34. My knees were under a little stress from dancing also. It doesn't hurt to run but I need to be extra careful because I have a dance competition next week.

| 14:42. Last mile was 6:45. I'm glad I ran less last week because it gave me lots of energy for the competition. But I have lots of upcoming competitions and if I increase my mileage any more than 2 a day, my dancing will suffer. I will have to start doing a little more fast twitch training so my dancing can be more powerful.
