Earlier in the day I did a 1500m race. I got 5:38. I am the worst at remembering splits but I think it was 81 and 91 for the first 2 laps. It was very hot, around the 90s and I was still sore and tight from dance class.

In the evening I did 4 more, 31:32. The last quarter was 1:19. I am very surprised of how much energy I had especially because I was tired all day and also pretty sore this morning. Hopefully this next week I will be fit enough to do at least 3 miles a day.

23:40. Last quarter was 1:19. This morning at dance class I did really bad. I wasn't exhausted, I just felt like I was trying to move as fast as I could but I was very sluggish and behind in the dance. It could just be an off day but I think the extra mileage is affecting it. My run felt good though.

7:12. Last half was 3:05. My knees still pop a lot when I dance a lot that day. It doesn't hurt but it probably isn't very healthy.

7:07. Last half was 3:03. I am unhappy that I didn't run more because I was extremely stressed all day, and running made me feel much better. I procrastinated and I am prohibited to run in the dark. My lesson is that if you have a bad day, doing something hard and getting the blood flowing will probably help the most.
