| Even though I exercised way more than this, I will just count it as one. I worked 9 hours and then went to Provo to play with foster kids. I ran around the whole time basically. Joints hurt too much to run. Maybe I should get a nice watch to better approximate how much running and distance I do on an average day. Maybe not though, it's probably expensive. | Add Comment |

| 17:43. I took quite a few breaks. Need to be careful not to get burnt out. I had a really incredible experience meeting up with a sweet couple that didn't know what to do about their unplanned pregnancy. They were happy for the support we gave from Pro Life Utah. | Around 17:20. I felt unmotivated for life but forcing myself to run was the best cure. I need to remember days like this. When I have no desire to work hard or get things done, I must go on a run no matter what. Even if it is a 100 meter run. Just get something done and stop feeling sorry for yourself. | Add Comment |

| 1 in 8:50 and after a short break did 1 in 8:51. I think if I didn't work I would be totally running 6 miles a day or at least way faster. I need to stop telling myself I am lazy just because I am running less. I always wonder if it is ever possible to balance energy for exercise and life. Like Elder Bednar said, "There's no such thing as balance". I guess I shouldn't strive for balance because it doesn't exist. | Add Comment |

| 23:00. Google maps said it was 2.9 miles, but it's close enough for now. Ran this with Taylor! He is stronger than me and I have to ask him to slow down. He loves the gospel more than any boy I've met. I should take him to the track and see how fast he can do a mile. I felt very tired after the run and didn't get to rest because I had to work 10 hours. Probably need more electrolytes and sleep. I was out of breath most of the day and oftentimes dizzy. | 23:31 with Taylor. I asked if he was planning on going to college ever. He said he was not. I told him knowledge is power and God is truth. He said he is grateful for my advice and is reconsidering. I hope he takes it and goes to college. I also gave him the scripture D&C 58:26-29. We need to trust the Lord but also be anxiously engaged in good works by our own free will. We shouldn't wait to be commanded in all things. I felt much better today and my heart didn't feel weird at all. I think I was right and just needed sleep and keep electrolytes more balanced. Still worked extremely hard and was sore from moving things but I think running 3 every morning is going to be just fine. | Add Comment |

| O.9 miles in around 8:00 pace. After a surge in 13.25 Taylor and I ran a mile around the track. He got 6:17. I am much slower and I didn't do my best, but at least I found a nice boy who is faster than me! He passed the test in jeans, which probably slowed him down. We ran 0.7 more in around 8:45 pace.
