8:24. My goal is to get to 8:00 pace on the hilly course to feel easy. Around 8:40 pace first thing in the morning feels right. My goal is to get as fast as I can without burnout.

Around 16:00. First mile was 8:23 (on the hill course). At 1.5 I was at 12:17, but I think I accidentally paused it for almost a minute. This pace felt like 14:00 for 2 miles. I am still on the fence if I want to train for longer distances one day or if I should choose a completely new sport. If I want to be faster I would have to be thinner. I would rather not do that because I have more of a gymnast body and feel better not having a runner's body. I will put in the work to be a fit runner without overtraining and will see what kind of sport works best.

16:42. I did 2 because I have no work today. The first mile was 8:37(on the hill course). It was hotter and it felt like 14:00 for 2 miles. Heart rate was about 168 on the easy parts and 180 on the hills. This is way too high for this kind of pace. I will have to be patient.

8:31 on the hill course. I really need to use a measuring wheel because Google maps says that this course is about 708 feet too much!If Google maps is correct that will make me very happy. I've measured this mile at least 10 times and Google maps says something different almost every time.
