| 27:36. The fast quarter was 1:18. I still felt a bit sore from Saturday, it didn't hurt but I just wasn't able to move faster. Cool down was 4:18.

| 15:57. I had a feeling to stop right after 2 miles and see when we were going to do our russian lesson. Sure enough my gut feeling was right. I was going to do 4 but when we finished it was too late.

| 23:05. I did a couple quarter miles in there, 1:22, and 1:23. Apparently when I was running the AQI was at 160. I didn't think much of it because there was no smoke when I ran and I felt fine, but less then an hour after running I looked outside and I couldn't see past a mile because of all the smoke. When I was running I could still see the mountains but I came back outside later and it looked like I didn't even live in Utah.

| 15:07. I did 3 quarter miles mixed in with the run: 1:25, 1:17, 1:20.
I was wondering why the first one was so slow but I realized I wasn't pushing as hard as I could have, so I did better the next one.
I have been so exhausted lately from doing 2 sports. I am at the point where I am very healthy and fit and happy with my physique and don't need to get any more fit than I am, but juggling 2 sports where I am constantly trying to improve in both at the same time, I feel like I am never doing enough to train for them. I couldn't dream of quitting either sport but I feel like I should quit one because it is making me worse at the other. And I feel like I am doing so much that it is not healthy anymore. But I don't want to slow down because the best part about sports is getting very good at it. I am tired of being tired all the time.

| 26:52. Stopped for about 5 min then did the last half in 2:50. 1:24, 1:26. Afterwards my lungs hurt a lot and they still do.
I am not even sure if I should have been running outside this week because the AQI has been over 100.
I guess the plus side is that because the smoke was so thick that I was shaded from the sun even with no clouds!
And I am not sure if my lungs just hurt because I haven't ran any fast half miles lately or if the smoke is actually damaging my lungs, which I think it probably does. Especially when I ran in an AQI at 160 a couple days ago.

| 15:29. I felt fine today but I only did 2 because there was a lot of smoke, the AQI was 125. I still don't know if it is ok to run more yet especially from yesterday's run gave me a lot of phlegm that I am still trying to get out.

| 8:56. Yet again another run in my backyard, this time it wasn't because I procrastinated. I am sad I didn't get a full run in. The mile was also a lot slower because this time I ran back and forth on our patio with the length of 57 feet. My mom wouldn't let me go outside because it was too late. I have to be a rebellious teen sometimes and I am way too stubborn to just listen to her and skip my run, so I found a way to do something (even though running back and forth doesn't make a lot of sense).

| Ran to the track and at the track did a mile in 6:04, 3 min for the 1st half. The other 3 miles were about 8-9 min pace.

| Dance class all afternoon. My feet hurt too much to even stand for a minute and I was just exhausted. I think if it is too hard to walk it's probably not good to run.

| 20:12. Last quarter was 1:22. Now that my dance is starting again since the break my running is getting pushed to the side. I ran really slow but I just ran what felt like 8 min pace in Orem, but I think it is just harder running up here.

| 16:10. I've had a cold all week and it hasn't really affected me but I didn't feel like running harder today.
I also just don't know what to do for running because I feel like no matter what I run it affects my dancing in a bad way. I don't think it is a good idea to do a lot of long distance running and dance, it is not good to be exhausted all the time and all the dance coaches say I shouldn't run so much.

I feel like a failure for breaking my running streak. Since I am dancing a lot again it has been so hard to continue to have discipline to run. I would hate to quit running. I just want to run like I used to again, but I can't if I dance also. I also love dance just as much and I want to get super good at it, but I have learned that running isn't helping really at all, but making it worse.
