27:36. The fast quarter was 1:18. I still felt a bit sore from Saturday, it didn't hurt but I just wasn't able to move faster. Cool down was 4:18.

15:57. I had a feeling to stop right after 2 miles and see when we were going to do our russian lesson. Sure enough my gut feeling was right. I was going to do 4 but when we finished it was too late.

32:02. Last quarter was 1:21. I went on the run on a full stomach and my run did not feel the best.

23:05. I did a couple quarter miles in there, 1:22, and 1:23. Apparently when I was running the AQI was at 160. I didn't think much of it because there was no smoke when I ran and I felt fine, but less then an hour after running I looked outside and I couldn't see past a mile because of all the smoke. When I was running I could still see the mountains but I came back outside later and it looked like I didn't even live in Utah.

15:07. I did 3 quarter miles mixed in with the run: 1:25, 1:17, 1:20. 
I was wondering why the first one was so slow but I realized I wasn't pushing as hard as I could have, so I did better the next one. 

I have been so exhausted lately from doing 2 sports. I am at the point where I am very healthy and fit and happy with my physique and don't need to get any more fit than I am, but juggling 2 sports where I am constantly trying to improve in both at the same time, I feel like I am never doing enough to train for them. I couldn't dream of quitting either sport but I feel like I should quit one because it is making me worse at the other. And I feel like I am doing so much that it is not healthy anymore. But I don't want to slow down because the best part about sports is getting very good at it. I am tired of being tired all the time.
