16:10. I've had a cold all week and it hasn't really affected me but I didn't feel like running harder today.
I also just don't know what to do for running because I feel like no matter what I run it affects my dancing in a bad way. I don't think it is a good idea to do a lot of long distance running and dance, it is not good to be exhausted all the time and all the dance coaches say I shouldn't run so much.
