2 miles with Maddy in 19:30 something.
Did 3 miles down the canyon in 18:12! 6:02, 6:06, 6:04.
I am very happy because the first mile felt like a breeze.
I did 3 miles back up the canyon easy pace.
I really think I made the right decision on focusing on running. I just love everything about running, and I especially love Saturday workouts! Although I was tired and sluggish the whole rest of the day.
