| Back in Utah. 3 in the morning in 23:04 before seminary, then 2 at night in 15:18. Last quarter was 1:18.
Back to my old blue crocs, they feel so much better, they only have around 800 miles so maybe they could last this year, idk. I wore my pink rubber shoes(not crocs), and they hurt so much. If I wore them for longer they could give injuries. Now I know to make sure the rubber is thick. The pink ones were just way too thin.

| 41:17. It was very hard. I realize that any temperature above 70 with no shade, makes my runs super hard. I think if I had more electrolytes and water before it would have been a lot better. I was also tired. I don't think my body wanted to run in those conditions, so I need to plan my runs better and go to bed early.

| 7:32. I have a cold today. I think maybe that's why the run was so hard yesterday. I'm just a little achy and tired with congestion. The mile felt pretty good actually and I could have totally ran more, but it was too dark and I was not allowed to run. I still need to have a better sleeping schedule, but it is so hard. For me, there are more negative affects if I don't sleep enough, than running less. So I really need to go to bed on time.

| 13:38. My cold is worse today, pretty achy, tired, and congested. I wanted to do 2 but that was all I could do. I also had to skip dance.

| 8:06, with a few stops. I feel much better but it is still tiring to run. I have dance class today so I wanted to save energy.
I felt pretty good at dance! Just a little less stamina. I realized that the stamina I had today, was the same compared to the stamina I had when I wasn't running very much at all. So basically my stamina when I was sick is the same as when I was completely healthy before I was running. Although I have been told by all my dance instructors that you need to only work on sprints for dance; I have found running long distance is very beneficial. I just wonder if training long distance is just as good as training sprints for dance, or if long distance could be better.

| 33:58. I had lots of energy! It felt good, except lots of phlegm in my lungs. I think I should be totally fine by Monday for the 10k. I took it very easy. I used to overtrain when I would have a cold and it would get prolonged.
