8:06, with a few stops. I feel much better but it is still tiring to run. I have dance class today so I wanted to save energy.
I felt pretty good at dance! Just a little less stamina. I realized that the stamina I had today, was the same compared to the stamina I had when I wasn't running very much at all. So basically my stamina when I was sick is the same as when I was completely healthy before I was running. Although I have been told by all my dance instructors that you need to only work on sprints for dance; I have found running long distance is very beneficial. I just wonder if training long distance is just as good as training sprints for dance, or if long distance could be better.
