I walked 0.75 miles at a moderate incline on my treadmill as a warm-up, then I jogged 4.5 miles at a rate of 5.2-6.8, then I walked 0.25 miles as a cool-down. During the jog, I progressively increased the incline to 5.0 at a rate of about 6.2-6.4 during the last 1 mile of the jog. Total distance was 5.5 miles. |
