I walked 4 miles on my treadmill at a pace of 2.9-3.3 and an incline of about 6 for 3.25 of the 4 miles.

I walked 0.75 miles at a moderate incline on my treadmill as a warm-up, then I jogged 4.5 miles at a rate of 5.2-6.8, then I walked 0.25 miles as a cool-down.

During the jog, I progressively increased the incline to 5.0 at a rate of about 6.2-6.4 during the last 1 mile of the jog. Total distance was 5.5 miles.

I walked 1 mile on my treadmill as a warm-up, then I jogged 4.25 miles at a rate of 5.0-6.8, then I walked 0.75 miles as a cool-down. During the last 1 mile of my jog, I was at a moderate incline of 1-3. Total distance was 6 miles.
