| | Ran 2.5 miles before practice at 6:13 pace. Too fast but didn't know we were doing speed work today. .5 more warmup with the team. We split into different groups and were going to do 12 X 400 at a little faster than goal mile pace so aiming for 65's. The first 3 were 66, the next 2 were 64, the next 1 was 63, and the last 4 were 62. Ran 4.86 after to get to 12 for the day. The rest of the distance is jogs in between repeats. | Add Comment |

| | Ran 1.96 before practice, then just kept running once we got started and didn't reset my watch. We are on spring/easter break Wed. through Friday, so ran in the morning. The rest of the team ran on the indoor track but for some reason I wanted to run outside today. Didn't know how far I was going to go so just started running. Ended up running 16 at 7:00 pace including the running before practice. Last mile in 5:25, the pace was around 7:10 for most of the run but ran the last 3 in around 18:30. Later did 20 minutes fast on the stairclimber, passed 3 miles in 17:35. For some reason I can go almost as fast on that as running. | Add Comment |
| | Not much running today, I'm planning on going easy today and tomorrow and long saturday. .5 mile warmup, then 4 X 1200. The goal was 4:00, not that fast but we went hard Monday so today's workout wasn't intended to be that hard. Times were 3:58, 3:58, 3:54, and 3:43. Good workout, and still didn't feel like I was going all out even on the last one. Legs felt pretty sore from yesterday though. 2 miles cooldown. 10 mile bike ride. | Comments(3) |

| | jogged .7 up to the golf course, then did a 2.25 mile loop 4 times, there was 3 hills in the loop, 1 of which was just under .5 miles long and very steep, another hill that was pretty hard, and one that wasn't too hard. My avg. paces for the loops were, 7:00, 6:39, 6:34, and probably about 6:25 for the last one. My watch turned off about half way into the 4th one, which was very irritating. Overall a great workout in cold weather, about .55 jog back to my house. | Comments(1) |
