| | Ran first 6 in 39:10. Just over 6:30 avg. so pretty good. Jogged 2 after a bathroom break. I don't know why but I really like treadmills. | Add Comment |

| | Ran 3 in P.E., 3 right after school because I didn't think I was going to end up getting a run in because I had to go to the orthodontist, about half an hour later, it was funny because my mom was driving me home from the orthodontist and we saw the team running so she dropped me off and I ran 3-4 miles with the team. After that I ran 1 mile on the indoor track with Coach Harris. I also ran all 10 in my Jordan's shoes because I wasn't planning on running any of the times. | Add Comment |
