Ran first 6 in 39:10. Just over 6:30 avg. so pretty good. Jogged 2 after a bathroom break. I don't know why but I really like treadmills.

Just jogged in easy 3 today in 22:10. A little over 7:23 avg.

No running today. We played Cedar in basketball and our sophomore team lost on a buzzer beater. Hopefully I can get just a few miles in on the treadmill on Thursday because we play Hurricane on Friday.

Ran 2.7 on mill and didn't feel very good, so I did 7.05 on the stairclimber which is probably harder per mile than running, so good workout.

Did 4.85 very hard on stairclimber, then 3.3 on mill. Did 3 really hard (running) in 16:56, with a last mile in 4:56, so very happy with that. Then jogged out the next 3 minutes on the mill.

Jogged 1 mile on the mill, then did the stairclimber about 2.25 miles in 15 minutes, then did 3 miles pretty hard on the mill in 19:35, and just ran out the next 25 seconds.

Ran 3 in P.E., 3 right after school because I didn't think I was going to end up getting a run in because I had to go to the orthodontist, about half an hour later, it was funny because my mom was driving me home from the orthodontist and we saw the team running so she dropped me off and I ran 3-4 miles with the team. After that I ran 1 mile on the indoor track with Coach Harris. I also ran all 10 in my Jordan's shoes because I wasn't planning on running any of the times.

Ran 6.75 with the team at 6:02 pace. Ran some short strides one at the track and the rest at my house, then jogged another 3.25 to get to ten.

Ran 5 in P.E. the last 3 were pretty fast but I didn't have my watch. Ran 1.5 mile warmup before practice, then ran 5.5 in practice. After that I ran 4 more.
