Not much running today, I'm planning on going easy today and tomorrow and long saturday. .5 mile warmup, then 4 X 1200. The goal was 4:00, not that fast but we went hard Monday so today's workout wasn't intended to be that hard. Times were 3:58, 3:58, 3:54, and 3:43. Good workout, and still didn't feel like I was going all out even on the last one. Legs felt pretty sore from yesterday though. 2 miles cooldown.

10 mile bike ride.

Thank you Ryan for saying that. I have been trying to tell him that for awhile now. He will learn one of these days that 6:30-7:00 pace is not "easy."
