| | .3 mile jog to the track. We ran 7.2 miles for the Sports Authority route at practice, then did 7 striders and a 2.5 mile jog when I was done. Tomorrow we are doing are first workout on the track so hopefully I can run well in that. | Add Comment |
| | Bunch of short runs/ warmups and cooldowns. Ran 1 x 1600, and 3 x 800. Ran the 1600 in 5:08, the first 800 in 2:29, the second 800 in 2:27, and 2:17. The 2:17 is also 2 seconds slower than my 800 p.r. so pretty good for the first speed workout of the year. | Add Comment |

| | We ran at Cedar today. I warmed up 2.5 miles then ran the mile in 4:53. Decent time but didn't run as smartly as I should have. My second and third laps were way to slow so I need to work on that. Then I ran 3 miles with Greg and ran the 800 in 2:14 was hoping for a 2:10 but o well. Ran the 2 mile in 10:48, not a very good time, but didn't really want to run it, so just a workout. 1 mile cooldown. | Add Comment |

| | Ran up the Canyon with Greg, we did 5.64 up to the bridge at 7:11 pace, then a 4 mile tempo down the Canyon and through town at 5:43 pace, then jogged back to my house to get to 10, good hard run. | Add Comment |
