We ran at Cedar today. I warmed up 2.5 miles then ran the mile in 4:53. Decent time but didn't run as smartly as I should have. My second and third laps were way to slow so I need to work on that. Then I ran 3 miles with Greg and ran the 800 in 2:14 was hoping for a 2:10 but o well. Ran the 2 mile in 10:48, not a very good time, but didn't really want to run it, so just a workout. 1 mile cooldown. |
