3 in P.E., then 1.25 mile warmup with greg. 6 miles at 6:46 pace, last mile in 5:39. 1.75 miles of cooldown.

Got to practice and just started running on the indoor track with Greg, I ran for an hour at at least 7 minute pace or maybe a little faster. So about 8.5 miles. 2 mile cooldown. I am also going to play in a church basketball game tonight so that will be fun.

Ran 3 in P.E., then 7 at 6:47 pace at practice, mile cooldown and 7 striders. Feel pretty tired so hopefully I'll take it pretty easy tomorrow to get ready for the meet this weekend.

2 mile warm up prior to a 2 mile race. Ran 10:16 which is pretty good for me. Could have been better but I'm happy with it.

Warmed up 2 miles before the mile. I ran the mile in 4:46, which is a pr for me and I also ran close to even splits and felt very good so I am definitely happy with this race. Ran 10 miles after the race because I felt very good. Later I was bored and wanted to exercise so I jogged .52 to the track, then ran 3 miles at 5:46 pace. Then I ran a 1.19 mile cooldown.
