Warmed up 2 miles before the mile. I ran the mile in 4:46, which is a pr for me and I also ran close to even splits and felt very good so I am definitely happy with this race. Ran 10 miles after the race because I felt very good. Later I was bored and wanted to exercise so I jogged .52 to the track, then ran 3 miles at 5:46 pace. Then I ran a 1.19 mile cooldown. |
