Nice easy day. But i am having a harder time keeping my heart rate around 150, i think that is good? Also, i am not sure why but when I start the elliptical i have a hard time keeping my heart rate even close to 150 it is either too high or too low. It takes me about fifteen to twenty minutes to obtain my goal of 150 bpm. Weird... Thanks for reading and have a great day.

Hmmm... sorry I can't be of help, I'm new to this heart rate training thing and need to find out more about it myself.

I haven't used your trick of wrapping my shins and using the glue sticks yet, but I will soon. Also, did your doctor give you any exercises to do to strengthen your leg muscles? Mine told me to do toe lifts (both standing and sitting down), also putting a towel or rag on the floor and picking it up and dropping it with your toes is supposed to help... Happy weekend!
