Wow, did my legs feel good today. I ran seven miles at a 7:50 pace with a 0.5 incline. I hope everyone out there had a GREAT Christmas! Now there is less than  a week left before we are in the new year. I really have to say WOW, this year went by really fast. Anyway thanks for reading have a great Day!!

I love those days when everything works out great. I am glad to hear about getting a garmin. But don't forget to check to see if it needs software updates. When i update my Garmin it works great.
