Once again another easy day of running. My overall average was 08:05.80, i decided to speed up the last three miles and run them in 8:00 and the other two in 8:20. So overall i am feeling good. Thanks for reading and have a great day!!

Thanks, that was really nice of you to say! I do have to say the best thing to do is to put in the miles. I have found out that the more miles you run the better runner you become. Thanks again and have a great day!!!
