I am in pain right now from that run :(. But i am at 60 miles right now. My pace was 8:32 per mile. I think i am going to try to run tonight, I guess we will see. Thanks for reading and have a great day!!

Evening: Ran a nice easy four miles. My pace was 10:14 per mile. Also, this a PR for my total milage, 64 miles... :)

Thanks, it is really had doing that many miles for me. I do have a half marathon coming up in November. The name of the race is called the "Just Cuz." Weird name. What is your plan for next week?
