I ran fifteen miles this morning! My pace was 9:03, but my legs felt like led. I think it was from the pop and popcorn I had at the movies. I think i am going to run 60 miles again this week and then next week i will cut back 20% to give my body a rest. I think i am going to try to run later this evening with my son, but that will only be like 2 to 3 miles more. Anyway i think i am going to go to watch TV then go to bed.
