Today's run was pain full. My average pace was 8:50. I have a new problem i need to deal with and I am hoping that an ice bath will help take care of that. I will let you know later. Thanks for reading and have a great day!!! Evening: I ran 2.34 with my son at a easy 9:22 pace. I guess i should say easy for me, he was having a hard time.
