Today run felt really good. My overall pace was 8:27. Now tomorrow i will run 10 to 13 miles depending on how i feel. Also, when i wen to the doctor yesterday he told me something that might help. He told me to take a small container and fill it 1/2 full of water and 1/2 full of something like power aid then add some protein powder and that is better than the sports beans or the gels.
