Today run felt really good. My overall pace was 8:27. Now tomorrow i will run 10 to 13 miles depending on how i feel. Also, when i wen to the doctor yesterday he told me something that might help. He told me to take a small container and fill it 1/2 full of water and 1/2 full of something like power aid then add some protein powder and that is better than the sports beans or the gels. Thanks, maybe you should try the recipe? How many miles are you running next week? I am hoping for 40 to 50 miles!
