Yikes... sorry to hear you are not able to run right now, what happen.

That is just the worse...last year I ahd to take 6 weeks off for an injury, it was torturous!

To respond to your earlier comment on my blog: I just get up early and run lots of miles in the week day. After my 20 mile run yesterday, I was perhaps a little more tired, but it doesn't interfere with anything. I don't like doing my long runs over the weekend, so I schedule in the middle of the week:)

Thanks. I ran 22 miles on Sunday then seven miles on Monday and over ran myself. What really sucks is i can not exercise at all. I think it really suck to have to take time off from running. Because you know it takes so long to get in shape you really do not want to miss any time, at least it is that way for me. But i would rather take time off and get healed than hurt myself permanently. How is school going?
