Today's run hurt. I was doing pretty good until the last 2 miles, then i died. We will just say that i could have walked faster than I was running. I will tell more about it later. So, thanks for reading and have a great day!!

Thanks, I can not believe how much the last two miles hurt. I think my mile 21 time was 10:21 and mile 22 was 11:30, ouch. What is your plan for this week running?

I hope i do not die just yet :). I just want to say that i am excited to see what happens when you start running again. I am willing to beat that you get back in shape in no time at all. But even better I think you will be in better shape from this. Keep up the good work!!
