Have to go. I will tell more later.

Later:  Today’s run was interesting one.  My leg was giving me problems in the beginning and also my Garmin watch. I was able to run through my leg, but my watch was a different matter. I had to stop around mile five and fix it. The problem was that my watch was telling me my average time per mile and I wanted my per mile time now.  But before I stopped to fixed it, I found some money. So for today I was paid to run my 15.06 miles. I was paid so much that I can now go to McDonalds and buy me a hamburger.  As you can guess I found two dollars, which I stuck in my shoe and finished my run :). But I am now two dollars richer. I was trying to keep my pace around 9:00 minutes per mile, I should not try to fool myself like that. My legs like to run around 8:3?. My average pace per mile was 8:30.  Ok, well here are my splits.

1. 8:18

2. 8:26

3. 7:52

4. 8:09

5. 8:40

6. 8:13

7. 8:33

8. 8:25

9. 8:33

10. 8:37

11. 8:26

12. 8:36

13. 8:46

14. 8:44 I was getting really tired

15.9:05 and it kept getting worse

.06 10:14 as you can tell,i was dead

Thanks for reading and have a great day :)

Great run Barry way to stay focused and finish. What type of run are you doing tomorrow?

From Barry on Mon, Sep 01, 2008 at 09:11:02

I am not sure. I was thinking about running six to eight miles, but i am not sure. What kinda of mileage are you going to run this week?

From wheakory on Mon, Sep 01, 2008 at 14:15:58

Not sure. I'll take Monday off and just play it by the day. I will run about 15 miles Saturday with the Pocatello Running Club.
