Ran seven at a 08:31.57 pace. My legs were felling better than yesterday, but i need to go to the doctor tonight. I will explain later. But i was feeling good and my overall felling about the run was good. Thanks for reading and have a great day....

Evening:  Doctor appoitment went good. My hip was out of place and needed to be adjusted, as you can guess i went to the chiropractor. The problem that i had was the inside of my calf on my right side has been bothering so i wanted to see about getting it fixed before the race on Saturday. I can understand why it was bothering me because my hip was really out of place and needed to be adjusted really bad. So my plan for tomorrow is to run four miles slow and then race on Saturday. Thanks for reading and have a great night!!

Glad to hear you didn't have a major issue and got it fixed. Which race are you doing Saturday? GOOD LUCK Barry!

Thanks, i am running the Pocatello marathon. The 5k not the marathon. How goes the battle with leg?

Excellent, good luck!

Leg never really hurt, so it's hard to know if it's getting better, but I feel pretty strong. The plan is to start going to a gym and using the elliptical next week, cause going to the pool every day has been tough. I'm 38 days away from running again!
