Barry, Drop your pace down to 7:30 and do a few aerobic base runs. Your running a lot of runs fast and that's going to fatigue the body. Doing some recovery runs is good for the body.
No, I would do one fast run a week and then some easy aerobic base runs. The aerobic base runs with easy miles will allow you to increase your mileage each week. Believe it or not the aerobic base runs will make you faster when you do your anaerobic runs. If you keep running fast say 80 to 90% every day your going to fatigue the body down and be at risk to getting injuried. Easy miles is what helps you build a base so that you can increase your mileage.
